Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection and maintenance of natural habitats types under item 2.1, habitats referred to item 2.2. species, their populations and distribution within the area to achieve and maintain their favorable conservation status in Black sea biogeographical region;
2. Improving the structure and functions of natural habitats with codes 2110, 2120, 2130*, 2180, 2190 and 91M0;
3. Improvement the state of population of species Aspius aspius and Cucujus cinnaberinus;
4. Improvement of habitats of species Bombina bombina, Triturus karelinii, Testudo hermanni, Testudo graeca, Emys orbicularis and Elaphe sauromates;
5. If necessary, improvement of the condition or restoration of types of natural habitats refered in item 2.1, habitats of the species refered in item 2.2 and their populations.

Objects of protection (species or habitats):
1. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 1 from Biological Diversity Act: 1110 Sandbanks which are slightly covered by sea water all the time 1130 Estuaries; 1140 Mudflats and sandflats not covered by seawater at low tide; 1160 Large shallow inlets and bays; 2110 Embryonic shifting dunes; 2120 Shifting dunes along the shoreline with Ammophila arenaria ("white dunes"); 2130* Fixed coastal dunes with herbaceous vegetation ("grey dunes"); 2180 Wooded dunes; 2190 Humid dune slacks; 8330 Submerged or partially submerged sea caves; 91E0* Alluvial forests with Alnus glutinosa or Fraxinus excelsior (Alno-Pandion, Alnion incanae, Salicion albae); 91F0 Riparian mixed forests of Quercus robur, Ulmus laevis and Fraxinus excelsior or Fraxinus angustifolia, along the great rivers (Ulmenion minoris); 91G0* Pannonic woods with Quercus petraea and Carpinus betulus; 91M0 Pannonian-Balkanic turkey oak-sessile oak forests;

Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited conducting races with motor vehicles outside the existing roads and the places regulated for that;
2. It is prohibited movement of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and buggies off existing roads in non-urban areas. The prohibition does not apply to routes for the movement of the listed motor vehicles determined on the basis of a normative act, as well as in case of disasters, emergencies and for carrying out fire-fighting, emergency, control and rescue activities;
3. It is prohibited introduction into nature and deliberate distribution of non-native species;
4. It is prohibited to drainage of coastal floodplains of rivers and other natural water bodies , changes in the hydromorphological regime through drainage, removal of sediments, correction, barricading of rivers, except in cases in urban areas and in cases of flood danger, which may lead to a risk to human life and health or the occurrence of material damage, in case of disasters and accidents and to improve the condition of the natural habitats and the habitats of the species under item 2.
5. It is prohibited damage and destruction of natural vegetation in the coastal beaches and indunes outside the active beach area, except in the case of removal of invasive and non-native species as well as in the cases of implementation of eligible investment proposals approved by environmental legislation;
6. It is prohibited the use of pelagic trawls and bottom trawling and dredging equipment, incl. beam trawls and suction dredgers, disposal of dredged masses and ballasting of ships in the sea spaces of the zone;
7. It is prohibited the construction of permanent structures, artificial underwater reefs and islands on marine habitats, with the exception of shore fortification facilities and for activities improving the nature conservation status of habitats;
8. It is prohibited to change the way of permanent use, plowing, afforestation and conversion into permanent plantations of meadows, pastures and grassland, when using agricultural lands as such;
9. It is prohibited to remove landscape features (borders, vital single trees and groups of trees, traditional strips occupied by shrub and tree vegetation among lands under cultivation, protective forest belts, stone fences and hedges), when using agricultural land as such, except in cases to removal of invasive alien species of trees and shrubs;
10. It is prohibited the prospecting for minerals (construction and stone materials), creating new and expanding concession areas for extraction of minerals (construction and stone materials);
11. It is prohibited the use of fertilizers, soil improvers, biologically active substances, nutrient substrates and plant protection products that do not meet the requirements of the Plant Protection Act;
12. It is prohibited the use of mineral fertilizers in meadows, pastures, meadows and abandoned arable lands, as well as plant protection products and biocides of a professional category for use in these territories, except in case of calamity, epiphytotia, epizootic, epidemic or when applying selective methods of control with invasive alien species; the prohibition does not apply within the boundaries of forest nurseries;
13. It is prohibited to use of organic sludge from industrial and other waters and household waste for introduction into agricultural land without permission from the specialized bodies of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry and when the concentration of heavy metals, metalloids and persistent organic pollutants in sludge exceeds background concentrations according to Annex № 1 of Ordinance № 3 of 2008 on the norms for permissible content of harmful substances in soils (SG, issue 71 of 2008);
14. It is prohibited to use of irrigation water that contains harmful substances and waste above the permissible norms;
15. 'It is prohibited burning of stubble, syllables, roadside strips and areas with dry and moisture-loving vegetation;
16. It is prohibited carrying out felling in riparian natural forests and riparian tree strips in the 15-meter zone around permanent watercourses, except for the needs of facilities (elements) of the technical infrastructure, for prevention of dangers endangering human life and health, in case of disasters and accidents, for maintenance / improvement of natural habitats and habitats of the species under item 2;
17. It is prohibited ploughing, conversion to perennial crops, any construction, including fencing, placement of movable objects and facilities, on properties with identifiers 52115.502.4, 52115.502.5, 52115.502.6, 52115.502.12, 52115.502.13, 52115.502.14, 52115.502.15, 52115.502.17, 52115.502.18, 52115.502.19, 52115.502.20, 52115.502.21, 52115.502.22, 52115.502.23, 52115.502.24, 52115.502.25, 52115.502.26, 52115.502.27, 52115.502.28, 52115.502.29, 52115.502.30, 52115.502.31, 52115.502.32, 52115.502.33, 52115.502.34, 52115.502.35, 52115.502.36, 52115.502.37, 52115.502.38, 52115.502.39, 52115.502.40, 52115.502.41, 52115.502.42, 52115.502.43, 52115.502.44, 52115.502.45, 52115.502.46, 52115.502.47, 52115.502.48, 52115.502.49, 52115.502.50, 52115.502.51, 52115.502.52, 52115.502.53, 52115.502.54, 52115.502.55 и 52115.502.56, according to the cadastral map for the land of the village of Novo Oryahovo, EKATTE 52115, Dolni chiflik municipality, Varna region;
18. It is prohibited passage or parking of vehicles, trailers, semi-trailers, campers and caravans on the territory of the properties under item 8.17, except for carrying out agricultural, forestry, fire-fighting, emergency, control and rescue activities;
19. It is prohibited fishing with gillnets without the use of pingers, with models approved by the Minister of Environment and Water; the ban enters into force from 01.03.2023;
20. It is prohibited to carry out seismic studies without carrying out an assessment of the degree of impact on the area within the boundaries of the protected area and a buffer around it of one kilometer.
