Aims of the declaration:
1. Protection of habitat type referred to in paragraph 2.1., habitats referred to in paragraph 2.2. species, their populations and distribution within the area to achieve and maintain their favorable conservation status;
2. If necessary improvement in the state referred to in paragraph 2.1. type of nature habitat and habitats of species referred to in item 2.2.
3. If necessary recovery type of nature habitat referred to in paragraph 2.1., habitats of species referred to in paragraph 2.2. and their populations.
Objects of protection (species or habitats):
1. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 1 from Biological Diversity Act: The type of nature habitat 8310. No well laid out caves art. 6 para. 1 pt. 1 of the Biological Diversity Act;
2. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 2 from Biological Diversity Act: The habistats og these mammals speceis: Rhinolophus mehelyi, Rhinolophus ferrumequinum, Rhinolophus euryale, Myotis blythii, Miniopterus schreibersii, Myotis myotis.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited conducting speleological studies during the breeding period of bats - from 1 March to 31 July;
2. It is prohibited improvement, electrification, conduct of business and sports activities
in the cave and cave's entrance;
3. It is prohibited making a fire;
4. It is prohibited breaking, damage, collection or removal of rock and cave formations;
5. It is prohibited dividing the cave's entrance or its individual galleries in a way that prevents passing of species subject to protection under item 2.2.
6. It is prohibited search, exploration and mining;
7. It is prohibited water abstraction within the protected area, incl. and the cave;
8. It is prohibited the use of plant protection products in forestry;
9. It is prohibited construction, for which is necessary change of use, and way of long use of part of the property falls within the zone;
10. It is prohibited visits to the cave, with the exception of those for scientific purposes.
