Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited the introduction of non-native plant species in meadows, pastures, natural water bodies, marshes, wetlands and ravines, as well as intentional introduction of alien species;
2. It is prohibited the use of mineral fertilizers in pastures, abandoned cropland and forest areas, as well as plant protection products and biocides excluding those authorized for organic production and calamity, epiphytoty, epizootic or epidemic;
3. It prohibited the movement of vehicles off existing roads (including forest, agricultural, departmental roads) in non-urban areas except for conducting agricultural, forestry, emergency and control activities or previously agreed duly itineraries;
4. It is prohibited altering the way of sustainable use, plowing, planting and turning in permanent crops of pastures, grasslands, wetlands and plowing, and other grasslands (arable lands which are not included in rotation 5 years or more) habitat boundaries according paragraph 2.1 in the use of the agricultural lands as such;
5. It is prohibited plowing and planting of lawns and other natural open spaces in the forest areas within the non-forest habitats in 2.1.;
6. It is prohibited removal of landscape features (field boundaries, vital singles and groups of trees, protective forest belts, stone fences and hedges) for use of agricultural land as such;
7. It is prohibited changes in the hydrological regime through drainage correction, obstruction of dikes within water dependent natural habitats; еxceptions are allowed in urban areas, in disaster, accident or activities that improve the conservation status of habitats;
8. It is prohibited to absorb more than 30% of the average annual flow of the Yantra river and its tributaries for hydro power plants located in the procedure for issuance or extension of a permit under the Water Act at the date of issuance of the order;
9. It is prohibited coordination of investment proposals for new hydro power plants, including by building and / or reconstruction of existing dams, weirs and other facilities that have lost their original purpose, except those for which are began a procedure for their coordination under Chapter Six of the Law on Environmental Protection and / or art. 31 Biodiversity Act;
10. It is prohibited to coordinate the construction of wind turbines and photovoltaics outside urban areas than as own sources of power and with the exception of those for which are began procedure for their coordination under Chapter Six of the Law on Environmental Protection and / or art. 31 of the Law on Biological Diversity;
11. It is prohibited the prospecting for minerals (construction and stone materials), creating new and expanding concession areas for extraction of minerals (construction and stone materials); prohibition does not apply in cases where the date of publication of the order in the "Official Gazette" has started a procedure for granting permits for prospecting and / or exploration and / or the concession for extraction under Subsurface Resources Act (SRA) and Concessions Act, or a procedure for their coordination under Chapter Six of the Law on environmental protection and / or art. 31 of the Biological Diversity Act or an application for registration of a commercial discovery;
12. It is prohibited breaking, damage, collection and / or relocation of caves and rock formations.
