Aims of the declaration:
1. Preservation and maintenance of the types of natural habitats specified in item 2.1, the habitats of the species specified in item 2.2, their populations and distribution within the boundaries of the zone, to achieve and maintain their favorable nature conservation status in the Continental biogeographical region;
2. Improvement of the habitats of the species mentioned in item 2;
3. If necessary, improvement of the condition or restoration of types of natural habitats refered in item 2.1, habitats of the species refered in item 2.2 and their populations.

1. Article 6, paragraph 1, section 2 from Biological Diversity Act: Mammals –Lutra lutra;
Fish- Alosa immaculata, Gymnocephalus schraetzer, Gymnocephalus baloni, Pelecus cultratus, Cobitis taenia, Romanogobio vladykovi, Aspius aspius, Misgurnus fossilis, Zingel zingel, Zingel streber, Rhodeus amarus;
Intervertebrates – Ophiogomphus cecilia, Unio crassus.
Current prohibitions and regimes:
1. It is prohibited introduction into nature and deliberate distribution of non-native species;
2. It is prohibited to seizing alluvial deposits from the river, except when there is an established need to maintain its conductivity, as well as to improve the condition of the habitats of the species under item 2;
3. It is prohibited to seizure of alluvial sediments from the river during the reproduction period of the species under item 2.2 (March - June inclusive);
4. It is prohibited to permanently store and deposit waste;
5. It is prohibited use of plant protection products except in case of calamity or epiphytotia, as well as use of mineral fertilizers;
6. It is prohibited lighting fires and burning vegetation;
7. It is prohibited destruction of island formations;
8. It is prohibited performing activities related to drainage, drying or changing the water regime of backwaters, swamps, lateral river arms and canals, except when performing activities related to improving the state of aquatic ecosystems and the habitats of species under item 2;
9. It is prohibited construction of hydrotechnical facilities blocking the river course, preventing the movement of the species under item 2.2 up and down the river.
